Spotify - Stranger Spotify - Stunt & Social



For the Season 2 premiere of Stranger Things, we opened up a rift between two worlds and brought music fans back to Hawkins, Indiana on Spotify.

Spotify listeners could slip on a pair of headphones and hear Steve’s yacht rock or head to the Character Match Site to find out if they had the same taste in riot grrrl music as Max. Each time a user clicked on the series soundtrack, they were dragged into the Upside Down, with a creepy easter egg that transformed the Spotify music player into the Demogorgon’s lair — with a flickering flashlight scrubber and floating spores.
